We offer a 14-day return policy upon receiving your order, for store credit.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or store credit.

If you received a damaged product, reach out to us and we will absolutely send you a complimentary replacement.

We currently do not accept exchanges.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 on all orders under $175.

Online orders over $175 qualify for free shipping.

We are currently shipping across Canada.

There is also a local pick up option at our salon that is free of charge!
